Jackson Rathbone- Billy Badass

So last night, Jackson released his first solo single and I LOVE the song. Its called Billy Badass and he gave it to all his fans for free, all we had to do was tweet saying we were going to get it and to have other listen to it and it was ours. I've listen to its 12 times already since last night and today and now its on Youtube. I need to find it for my MP3 player also.

Can't wait to hear the rest of the album. Jackson's sound is country mixed with rockabilly mixed with rock and roll and something else that I can't remember right now LOL

Monroe is so adorable and I can't remember the last time that I've seen Jackson this happy as he is now. I'm so glad that his one dream role of being a father has been fulfilled (of course that doesn't mean that I've gone soft for Sheila because I haven't, still don't like that slag)

Baby Rathbone

So its happen, my Jay has become a daddy. It is unclear as of yet what baby Rathbone's name is as of yet nor when he was born. Jay's sister Ryann posted on her FB and twitter pages "I'm an AUNT". As of yet Jackson hasn't said anything on the matter to the world as of yet.

How do I feel? well both happy and sad. I want him to be happy never doubt that but there was so much of them breaking up, getting back together and then BAM she's preggers... I just want it to be his child because I know he will be heartbroken if it isn't his.I just hope that they are not in a loveless relationship and will only stay together for the baby... they both deserve to be happy




Jackson is going to be an amazing dad. As soon as I get more info, pics and what not, I'll be adding to this post.

Monroe Jackson Rathbone VI

1 Year ago today

So a year ago today, the 100 Monkeys released their Liquid Zoo album and started their Liquid Zoo World Tour. Who would have guessed that a year later, the guys would be broken up and doing their own things. Not only does Ben G and Ben J have the Mechanical People they also have Pink Fuzzy Animals with new members Rob Coonrod and Mat Black. Jackson, Uncle and Jerad sometimes jam together with Vince LaBauve, under the title of The Gentle Giants. It's unclear if any of the guys are talking still or not.

I don't want to go into all what happened again because today is depressing enough as it is. Its still hard to believe that the guys are no longer together as a unit. I thought that they would have been together longer then this. I'm sad but I'm also thankful for the years that I had following the guys and proudly calling myself a Monkey Junkie.

This is one of the songs from the album that they made into a music video, also one of my fav songs from that album.

I wish the guys still all kinds of love and the best and I'm just glad that they are still making music, even if G and J are doing songs that will forever be Jackson's songs and don't sound the same sung by them

JRathboneFB's Exclusive Interview With Jackson Rathbone

So Iris over at JRathboneFB (great girl), was granted permission to do an interview with Jackson. She took to her Facebook page dedicated to Jackson asking for questions that we wanted to know. I asked 3 questions and they got a lot of 'likes' from other fans.

It was unknown as to when the interview was to be held but today while checking out the blogs that I follow, I saw the interview. I pushed play and found out that the interview was conducted while Jackson was on his way to the 2012 MTV Movie Awards in the back of his limo over the phone.

 Iris asked some questions from fans and around the 5 min make she said "Laurie from Ontario (me) asked, 'If you could have dinner with 5 dead people who would it be and what would you eat'". You can hear Jackson sitting there trying to figure out who to pick, he gives his first 2 people and then asked "who asked this question?" to which Iris replied with "Laurie from Ontario" then Jackson said "Laurie, you are evil an evil genius"

OMG totally freaked out, I mean sure Jackson doesn't know who I am but still to be called an evil genius but him is amazing, he of course was joking when he called me that because I heard his great laugh after the he called me the evil genius. So yeah totally in a happy place now and thanks to this blog, I'll be able to keep the interview and when I'm feeling down, I can just go and listen to him talking to me.

This is the summary of the movie: Desperate filmmaker Osric Taylor dreams of making his civil war Hamlet but when production funding dries up, he agrees to take southern matron Hester Beauchamps offer to fund the film if he throws some zombies in it to make their money back. But when Hester dies in mid shoot, Osric dresses up as Hester to cash the last check and awakens the suspicions of both the local police and ambitious local news reporter Shine Reynolds. Inspired by an actual incident.

So 2 of my friend were at the first show of The Gentle Giants and they said that it was awesome. The fourth member of the group's name is Vince LaBauve, I don't know much about him other then his last name sounds like he's from New Orleans just by the sound of it.
